Dit voertuig is voorzien van een LPG-installatie die naderhand ingebouwd is. Hierdoor kunnen wij voor dit voertuig geen Duitse registratie aanvragen en is daarmee ook de teruggave van de (rest-) BPM niet mogelijk. De koopprijs voor buitenlandse kopers wordt daarmee met het “Rest BPM”-bedrag verhoogd. Dieses Fahrzeug ist nachgerüstet mit einer Autogas Anlage. Laut der Regeln der Deutschen Zulassungsämter kann man in diesem Fall keinen Deutschen Brief beantragen. Damit gibt es auch nicht die Möglichkeit, daß der Verkäufer den Niederländischen Luxussteuer (rest-BPM) zurückfordern kann. Somit versteht sich der Kaufpreis eines Auslandskaufers inklusive diesen Steuers (“Rest BPM” Betrag). This vehicle has an aftermarket LPG-equipment. Because of this, a permanent German registration cannot be applied for. This means that the vendor cannot succesfully apply for redemption of the Dutch luxury tax (BPM). The hammer price for non-Dutch buyers will therefore be increased with the amount of the BPM (value of “Rest BPM”).
